the response i received after posting this painting was really something special. thank you all for writing in and letting me know that this {little reminder painting} spoke to you. as i mentioned in the original post, i needed to paint it for myself, but after your kind words, i realized that there could be someone out there who needs to see the message each and everyday. maybe that someone is you.
i've decided that it's okay to let it go. it just seems right.

it's a bright and sunny monday here. a chilly one, but perfect for a big bowl of homemade soup followed by an afternoon walk . that's the plan. hope your week is off to a nice start too.
