today in the studio i got back painting after what felt like a very long time away. one of my goals for january was to “just paint," i even put it on the top of my to-do list. doing that sort of thing certainly felt strange for a girl who used to be able to paint at all hours of the day or night, endlessly, whenever inspiration struck.
although those days are over, *sigh*, i’m glad to be finding my way back to “just painting” after an all too long hiatus, even if it has to be on the schedule.
the day went by MUCH too fast! we’ll see what tomorrow brings...

ps- after a lot of frustration because of my not-so-tech-savyness, i finally configured those little sharing buttons below... you can now pin, tweet, like and more :) OH, and if you aren’t already, you can follow along by checking out the buttons over on the sidebar too. there, done and done. phew.
