home again.

thank you all so much for your sweet comments and congrats on my last post.  what a treat. really, thank you!  we are so very happy and lucky... can't wait to share more of our new life once we get more settled come summer.  it's all very exciting...

i've been a little "off" my schedule because we've been dog sitting and housesitting this past week.  but now i am back home, & i am getting back into the swing of things.  

oh my studio i have missed you!  

finally, i am bursting with ideas and inspirations after a little painting break.  that is how it seems to work with me, the creative process, i have to be away for a while to let ideas soak in and then they have to get out.  now that i know this about myself, i've stopped feeling guilty for not painting all the time.

my sister told me last week that she gets mad at me when it's been "like 5 days between posts" and i realize that it has been!  how did this happen... ugh.  sorry heather.

that's what i'm working on today...  the sun is finally shining and i am pulling myself together despite the cold weather outside and cold in my head.  see you later this afternoon.
