bits from my holiday weekend...

and now we are waiting for friends to stop in for a lunchtime picnic, then to a cookout for dinner. what have you been up to over the long weekend?

    Isn't it funny how reminiscent these photos are of your work, with the horizontal lines and segments? Just thought I'd point that out. :)

    I love the cows, they are so sweet...

    We have a long weekend coming up too...
    (Queen's birthday weekend, but it is not actually the Queen's birthday. not really sure why we celebrate it now then)?
    anyway I have no plans yet but it is nice to know a long weekend is ahead of me.
